Με απόφαση του Υπουργού Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών, μετά από εισήγηση του Διοικητή της Α.Α.Δ.Ε., καθορίζεται το κόστος της αξίας ανακατασκευής του ακινήτου, μπορεί να αναπροσαρμόζεται το ποσό του δεύτερου εδαφίου, καθώς και να ρυθμίζεται κάθε άλλη αναγκαία λεπτομέρεια για την εφαρμογή της παρούσας παραγράφου.",

The insurance under the preceding sentences must relate to the previous year, with a duration of at least three (3) months. If the insurance lasted less than one (1) year, the tax reduction is adjusted proportionally. A decision of the Minister of National Economy and Finance, on the proposal of the Governor of ΑΑΔΕ, sets the cost of the property's rebuild value, may adjust the amount in the second sentence [the €1,000 minimum], and may regulate any other detail needed to apply this paragraph."
