ΑΑΔΕ (Ανεξάρτητη Αρχή Δημοσίων Εσόδων, Anexartiti Archi Dimosion Esodon), Greece's tax authority, published decision Α.1232/2026 in the Government Gazette (ΦΕΚ, Fyllo Efimeridas tis Kyverniseos) on 30 October 2026, in issue Β' 6575.[S8][S9] For a till run by a fuel pump, the duty to link the station's card terminals to that till for fuel sales "is moved to 31/10/2027", in our translation.[S8] The rule applies whether the station uses a fiscal device (ΦΗΜ) or an e-invoicing provider.[S9] Under decision Α.1147/2025, published on 30 October 2025, the duty would have applied 12 months after publication, which is the end of October 2026 by our calculation.[S14] Dnews reports that ΑΑΔΕ gave the extra time because of the operating and connection requirements of pump-controlled tills.[S10]
